Largely behavioral based process, with focus on specific examples of behaviors that ladder to job requirements and the leadership expectations in the organization. Questions were fair, and the process was thorough.

Too many rounds of interviews with the interviewers asking the same questions. The recruiter was fine but seemed very overwhelmed and didn't always answer my follow-up questions. Overall, I think I interviewed with roughly 6 people which seemed extensive.
