I log on in www.jnj/careers.com and filled the application process for a MBA summer intership for Spain or England (only the places where I know the local language and where I have permit to work). I had to upload my cv and a cover letter. I write the cover letter after fully understanding their credo, in order to mention the main values that J&J and I share. It took me 8 hours to make the cover letter. At the end it was great, and it seems they liked because they called me for a 1:1 interview.

The J&J interview process included an initial HR screening, followed by technical interviews with team members to discuss background, engineering experience, data management technologies expertise, and fit for the role.
