Applied through University Career services and got a first round interview which is on campus. They only have one round of interviews with 1-2 interviewers. I received a phone call about a week or 2 after telling me that I got an offer. They give you about a week to decide. Interviewers are very nice and ask mostly behavioral questions. Want to see if you would be a good culture fit and that you really want the co-op.

After the application process, there are two total interviews before getting the offer. One video interview, then in-person interview, but I had to do mine through Zoom because of personal reasons. There are about ten questions that covers background, interests, and skills.
