The interview process was a quick process. They did a phone interview and then a few days later interviews were set up with the manager, colleagues, and the head of the department. A week later was offered the position. It took about 2 weeks.

The interview was detailed and conversational. The interviewers wanted to know more about you, how you collaborate with others, how you build relationships, your personality, and how you handle different situations and workloads.

- Scheduled a preliminary phone interview with co-founder (about 1-2 weeks later)
- Then was selected to have a 2-on-1 Skype interview with both co founders
- Was asked behavioral experiences and questions as well as technical questions
- Many interview questions did not have anything to do with the actual role
- Male interviewer was rude and demeaning when I was asked about salary requirements
- Gave me a verbal unofficial
