One on one interview. Basic questions on experience and availability. Interview was very casual and informal. Employer looked for professionalism and knowledge of industry and experience. The experience was pleasant, employer just wanted a feel for employees personality.
Easy as all server jobs usually are. They just asked the general questions and about my past serving experience. And what kind of money I expected to make and that was about it
