They usually do group interviews but I had a one on one with the manager. They just ask questions to make sure that you're outgoing and competitive, they want people who are really trendy and willing to talk to people. If you got a question wrong or they really want to test you, they'll make you do something like sing "I'm a little teapot" in the middle of the mall. At the end of the interview the manager asked me my availability and then offered me the job .
