Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 5 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Journeys (Kennesaw, GA) nel mese di mar 2013
Colloquio
When I did I turned in my application, I was immediately asked by the Comanager if I was able to come in for an interview the next day.
I went to the first interview which was one on one. It was very relaxed and asked basic questions about myself.
Then I was called in for a second interview with the store manager a couple of days later,
this interview was a little more difficult than the first one. It was about selling experience and approaches that I have used in the past. The key to getting through this interview is the way you answer the questions and making sure that the stories and examples you use to answer the questions reflect your personality in a positive way.

Domanda 1
The most difficult question were the questions regarding my prior sales experience, such as "Name a time when you've had to change your sales approach towards a customer"

It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

They ask about availability throughout the week and on weekends.

It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.

Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
