When I did I turned in my application, I was immediately asked by the Comanager if I was able to come in for an interview the next day. I went to the first interview which was one on one. It was very relaxed and asked basic questions about myself. Then I was called in for a second interview with the store manager a couple of days later, this interview was a little more difficult than the first one. It was about selling experience and approaches that I have used in the past. The key to getting through this interview is the way you answer the questions and making sure that the stories and examples you use to answer the questions reflect your personality in a positive way.
