First, the manager of the store pulled me aside to ask a few questions. The questions were really easy like "what would you do if you saw an employee steal?" and things like that. She also asked some personality questions like "if you could choose one animal to describe yourself, which would you choose?" and "Name 3 pros and 3 cons of yourself." After the interview, I was immediately offered the job, and started working. I then had to do a little role-playing where the manager pretended she was a customer and I had to help her out. Overall, the process was really easy. But my manager was really laid-back and young so that may had something to do with it.
