For the design internship interview, I first submitted the application. After a few weeks, the HR manager contacted me to answer a few question through email (behavioral questions). After that, there was the on-site interview that consisted of two parts, the beta examination and design challenge. They give you an hour to complete the assignment and present it afterwards.
