The phone screen was nice and informative but they stated they would not support fully remote employees post-pandemic. Would be happy to interview again once that policy changes. Here are a few more words.

The interview process consisted of four rounds: HR screening, Technical Head interview, Senior Technical interview, and a coding exercise.
The most concerning aspect of the process was the lack of coordination and professionalism. During one of the technical interviews, it appeared that the interviewer was not fully aware of the role requirements or the purpose of the interview. Several questions seemed disconnected from the position being discussed, making the conversation feel unstructured.
Communication throughout the process was also inconsistent. After investing time in multiple interview rounds, including a coding exercise, there was little proactive communication from the HR team regarding status updates. The final rejection was communicated through a generic email without any feedback or explanation
