HR Round with family background questions and Then Partner Round questions based on resume that how was the experience gained, what work you did, hobbies and interests, comfortable for travelling within city, etc.

Interview process is simple. The candidate who has cleared both groups of IPCC are preferred. One has to send their resume online or through reference. Once the partner finds the resume suitable for the job, one gets an interview call say within a week. The interview is taken by the partner (s). One has to know the subjects thoroughly. Interview includes questions relating to family background and technical questions.
