They ask you a few questions about yourself and about your availabilities. Just be prepared to answer things about your attributes and things you've done for the community etc...Basically anything you'd write in a resume since you don't need one to apply.

The interview process was very short and was not difficult at all. Anyone who speaks English can work at KFC. They needed people badly so there were no high expectations.
