Recruiter explained to me interview would be two back-to-back one-hour interviews with two managers each. I prepared for potential questions about skills, software, etc.
First interviewer asked 2 or 3 personality questions and expected salary. Mostly explained role and functions. Interview lasted around 30 minutes following my questions.
2nd Interviewers were actually senior employees, not managers and asked no questions of me. Explained daily schedule, more about the responsibilities and functions. This interview also ended up being half an hour.
I was told I would hear back by the end of the week after the interview but was not contacted. Very frustrating to set time aside during the day and be treated like an afterthought.

Typical dance of same round of questions. When they ask their questions, you know what they want to hear. The first interview is a typical interview question. They are just reading from a paper. This is more of the skills and what you bring to the table. Kinda like trying to screen you out. The second round is more about fit. Its a more conversational style. As someone else said, have lots of questions to ask. Maybe 10 questions at minimum. I guess it shows iinterest.

I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was more of a typical interview with the typical interview questions (who are you, what did you do in the previous position, strength, weakness, etc.) The second round of interviews was more of getting to know each other personally, and the interviewers explaining what the job will be. It would be helpful to come with questions!
