Very unprofessional didn't think she was HR personal. She didn't know about safety nor about how it could affect company. She was owners relative only way she had the job.

Interview was pretty simple there was no maintenance structure there, just explained what I was going to implement (SOP's) and how effective and efficient the will be getting done. Also I explained how I would keep cost down and keep up facilities up to OSHA regulations and California environmental laws.
