A quick 30 minute overview of the company and some background clarifications on my resume. A standard, yet necessary written test (knowledge background check) was given. Test was reasonable for anyone with a background in electronics. I was applying for an electrical engineering position. A 30 minute interview after this with HR.

Standard interview process consits of a pliminary Skills test to reduce number of applicants.
Success of first interview is followed by 2:1 interview with Departmental Managers.
Some candidates my skip intial skills test depending on experience and qualifications. However, during the 2nd interview or piliminary depending on your history, you will be presented technical information to test you on the spot regarding you knowledge of technical drawings and there content.
