It was the worst experience till date. Totally unprofessional.. i went in for an off campus drive in pune on 27th nov 2017..we were told there are 4 rounds : apti, GD, technical f2f, HR... i was shortlisted from apti and GD and they informed us that we will get mails for further rounds .. nearly after 20 days they mailed us saying the rounds have been changed, you have to appear for online coding test. The next day after online coding test i got a mail that i have been selected for further rounds (offline coding test on sql and java, f2f (2or 3) technical interview) n next day the interview would be held..the next day morning around 80 students were called for the interview, and at the interview location they told us they have shortlisted only first 40 for the process...and the rest can leave..we were not even allowed to appear for next round for which we were called..I being from pune had no issues returning home, but people came from Solapur and long distances in such short notice..some cant even afford the travelling expenses...! Very careless attitude of kpit and no regret at all..if they wanted to interview only 40 people , why did they call the remaining? And the HR had no regret for his mistakes. Totally unprofessional.
