First they do an online interview, where you have a couple minutes to prepare and answer to five questions, then they make more interview in person. They ask HR standard questions and some theoretical ones.

About myself, why KPMG, why this position and so on. Plus in the last round they ask you about insurance and more concretely what do you know about the position.
Telefon Interview während corona durch eine HR person, nur eins. Ging recht schnell. Nach etwa 45 Minuten waren wir fertig, Das Angebot habe ich etwa 5 Tage später erhalten. Die Person war nett und per Du. Wir haben ein bisschen über Sport / Hobbys geplaudert.

Colloquio
Am Anfang erfolgte eine kurze Vorstellungsrunde der beiden Gesprächspartner. Anschließend erfolgte die Vorstellung der eigenen Person. Abschließend wurde Raum für eigene Fragen gegeben. Sehr nettes und freundliches Gespräch auf Augenhöhe.
