The process is in 6 stages.

3) Video Interviews
4) Interview with 2 managers from the stream
5) Partner Interview
6) Offers
The overall process takes well over a month. The initial steps are quicker. But after step 3 you will be waiting 2-3 weeks between the steps.

There are different questions at different stages.
The video one has: why do you want to work with us? Why KPMG, business stream? Describe a situation where you used innovation? Name a situation where a social relationship turned into a professional one through networking.
The one with the managers is quite long (1hr) but very relaxed. Mostly behavioral questions (i.e. use STAR method). Also a couple of questions regarding the industry and one was a bit of a case study (not a proper study, just what would you do if this was happening in the company)?

Applied online and did the Online Assessment. Then got an email inviting me to the Assessment Centre. There was a section where we had to basically create an email response. Then individual interview for about 30 minutes. Interview was mainly behavioural questions with a few motivational.

Online resume submission and assessment. In-person interview if you make it to the next stage. Didn't make an offer, shortlisted my resume but then added it to the talent pool. As per they fill 80% of the positions and then pick up from talent pool, but never got a response,.
