Online test consisting of Behaviour test, Aptitude skills and Communication skills on KPMG's platform followed by Group discussion round on Microsoft Teams and technical interview on Teams too, each being elimination round next day. After technical interview, Final was HR round.

Technical interview
Firstly, I was asked to tell them about myself then I was asked to write a mail to my manager regarding problems faced by our customer's and possible solution for the same ( Why? It was supposed to be technical round), to be completed in 3-5 minutes. After that some questions related to Skills mentioned in resume. Then I was asked about one of my project. After that mostly discussion and questions about skills, what's different in technology now and 10 years earlier ( when interviewer completed college). After that she asked me about Cloud Computing ( mentioned in resume), How it will be helpful for me and company for the role, Why Cloud Computing. After this, she asked me about team leadership skills.( I was team leader for 2 projects) . This was the end of interview.
Was ok, but no response till now, its been more than 3 weeks, not a rejection mail or an update from recruiter, really frustrating, if you don’t like a candidate, atleast send him a rejection email.

Processo bem simples e com muita objetividade e fácil de condução. Foram 3 etapas antes do resultado final que foi informada via e-mail aos candidatos. Durante todo o processo o RH foi solicitado para sanar todas as dúvidas.

I was called by a third party recruiter. I had a total of 4 phone calls including the interview itself. They were confident in my abilities and I was grateful of that. I provided them scenarios of my past experience. I was called back by the third party to start in September of 2019.
