2 phones interviews. Quick and quite straightforward.
Then an interview with a manager (quite pleasant), it was to gauge your fit to the team.
Followed by an HR Interview that was uneasy. Nothing compared to the first 3, it was a succession of questions without any interaction with someone that was mostly silent the whole way.
If it wasn't for that last interaction with HR, I would have enjoyed the whole process but antiquated interview process made the whole experience quite unpleasant.
After spending 4 hours with different people, I received an automatic email from a noreply email address 2 weeks later. I had to chase HR for a follow-up to know more about what went wrong but didn't get a feedback. Overall, it doesn't reflect positively on the company to have that kind of process.

Interview with the usual questions of why did you want to join us and the interviewer also asked questions on practical examples when dealing with particular scenarios. Interviewer also shared on the company’s culture.
back to back with a senior manager and a partner. all behavioral and and very straightforward. make sure to have different stories prepared from your experiences in school or work
