Colloquio
I applied to tax intern position, but when administrator called me she invited me to interview to audit department. To interview me came two managers to make process faster. One from audit department and one from tax one. We talked about me and what I expect from my future and from this company as well as about situations in my past and how I dealt with them. Also, I sad that I was a good student in university and despite of the fact that they invited me to audit department, I still believe that I want to go to tax department and there will be wasting of time if I will go to learn all the process in audit and after year or two will need to learn process in tax department again. They asked some questions about local tax, but I think that was just because I talked so confident about myself and they wanted to see if I am not some too conceited youngster. In other cases, I think it is enough to show that you are eager to learn and work hard, while the knowledge you have now is not the most important thing. Anyway, I got position in tax as I wanted, so if you have good knowledge and show that you believe that you are have right attitude to work there, this company will consider your application in any position you want.

Have you ever worked in the team? Was you a leader?
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.

My interview process went smoothly and required little to no preparation. The questions were all general in nature and were just an overview of my resume. Very low stress interview process.
