The recruiter interview was ok, they asked me about my background, experience and some conversation in English. After that she said that she'll sent a Technical Assessment, it was in a platform like CodeInGame, Codility. When I began the test it had a timer for each question and a general time, but the questions were too hard and more directed for Staff Engineers, to get more worse the time between the questions was pretty short like 40 seconds and they described in the position that they wanted a person a Junior SE if I remember correctly it was 2 years of experience. Another point to mention is that the interview was for a NodeJs/Back-end position and I had several React/React Hooks questions. The assessment questions were harder than my Amazon SDE assessment. After that I realised that they wanted a Sr or a Staff Engineer paying like a Junior SE that's because the wage was way lower that my current one in the US.

Very relaxed and friendly intreview. Asked a few questions about my academic career and my projects. Also had a part where I was asked to speak in english. The interviewer was very friendly.

Q: What do you think are your most important projects?
Very nice, first wich with HR and then with the team I would integrate. They were all very friendly and made me confortable and at ease. They only wanted to check my background better
