The interview was fairly casual in that no questions seemed too pointed. "How did you handle a difficult situation in the past?" is a standard one used. When the interview continued, though, there were scenario-based questions such as "So if your hired contractor walks off the job site and refuses to return, what do you do?" Having never hired a contractor before, I was unsure how to answer, but as long as you try, it's fine.
