I was contacted by a recruiter to fill out a candidate snapshot and send it in. Within 2 days I received a call for an interview. The interview was 2 weeks away from initial call. The day of the interview there were 12 applicants. We were told that day they would have made their mind and decided to pick 6 applicants. There was a nurse administrator, director and 2 specialty nurses that would be interviewing. We were interviewed 6 at a time with 2 kaiser employees. We had to pick a question from a small basket and answer it on the spot.
