I had three individual group interviews before being hired. All of the interviews were based on the Behavioral Interviewing techniques. The Behavioral Interviewing is a very good predictor of past and current behaviour. These were all panel interviews with at least 3 or more individuals. The questions were like "tell me about a time when you went above and beyond what your job required". What did you do, what did you learn, what would you do differently next time.
