I was called by the department manager and scheduled to interview 3 days later, on my interview I was told I would find out if I got it or not within 2 weeks. I didn't find out until 6 weeks later. The entire process took almost 3 months from applying, interviewing and actually onboarding. The interview itself was a little difficult because it was questions I wasn't expecting, more customer service based.
