A recruiter contacted me about an open role, and after a short call and then a longer interview passed me along to Kaivac. They had two calls with me and then ghosted me after saying they wanted to move forward before they started a background check. There was a very big disconnect in how the recruiter described the role and the company culture, and what I learned when meeting the Kaivac staff. There were very professional up until the point they ceased communicating, Do not take the recruiter's word as final, as the one I dealt with did not accurately describe the role or company at all.
