I had about a one hour phone interview from a recruiter, after the phone interview, two in person interviews were scheduled. The face to face interviews were pretty standard. Questions to get to the core of a persons personality and work ethic. They were very respectful of my time as I was currently employeed and was unavalible during certain times, however they made it work so that I was interviewed just a couple of days after the initial phone interview.
