The interview had three stages: - Initial Call with the Chief Technology and Product Officer (their team is small, they do not have an HR department) - 1 Hour Video Interview with the Architect (this was just a conversation, no whiteboard questions or questions meant to "stump" you) - 3 Hour, In-Person Panel Interview. They divided it up into three time slots, two team members each. I met everyone on the team: Product Manager, Backend Engineer, SDIT Engineer, Business Consultant, and another interview with the CTPO and Architect. The CEO was also pulled in last minute to talk with me.
