I am sorry to hear that you didn't get an offer. Sometimes there are very specific skillsets that we are looking at basis the project/product we are hiring for and whilst i am sure you would have checked many boxes for the interviewer, some may have just been a bit short. We keep a track of candidates we have liked but aren't maybe fit for that specific project and are amongst the first we reach out to when a suitable position opens up.
