I had a phone screening that went well and then an interview over webcam that also went well. Most of the process was fine until they completely ghosted me. I followed up twice and then suddenly the posting was gone. I consider this incredibly unprofessional and would heed caution to anyone applying for a company that doesnt respect the business community enough to notify them they went a different way.
