The interview process takes 1 month it is divided in 3 round section. 1st round is a meeting where you will meet 3 member of the team. 2nd round is a brief, you will have 4 h to create a design presentation and illustrates some possible ideas for an hypothetical workshop. 3rd round you will meet for 30 min the MD and 30 min some members of the team.
