firstly there was a test mainly about qualitative and quantitive research tools and after the test there was an interview within 10 minutes was very easy with a representative from market research department and a representative from the finance department .. the test was not that hard.
1 written test, 2 rounds interviews and each of them with 2 interviewers , not that hard, all are group based, can do some company research first, actually interesting but pay not high

One virtual interview and primarily behavioral questions. Mostly concerned with my previous work experience and “why consulting?” Overall it was a great experience interviewing for Kantar. One thing would be to be sure what sector you are interviewing for and make sure to read up on the company sector beyond the website.
