The interview process was extremely dysfunctional. They had a very hard time adhering to scheduled times and staff scheduled to be present was seldom in attendance. What really struck me was how rude some of the staff were in these interviews; making negative comments regarding other firms and snide comments regarding experience. Staff members spent the bulk of the interview time discussing how they were better than other prominent industry professionals.
