I had one remote interview over zoom. That went well. I was told I would be a good fit. Moved to the 2nd interview over zoom with two people. It was just okay. They seemed less enthusiastic than the first person who interviewed me. My background and experience are exactly a perfect fit. They seemed to emphasize and repeat things I had already told I had experience with. That was strange. Then zero communication for two days. After that a generic auto rejection email. Very disappointed in this cold process.
