Interview at Kasa for full remote position. They have development team in Hungary. Interview started with manager, to get know about the job, what is required, if everything is alligned to proceed with technical interviews. Before technical interviews is home assignment (programming case study according to requirements and design). Second round is technical, basic coding assignment, some behavioral questions. Third round is with director of engineering, I've expected more technical questions, but it was OK. All people I've met were really nice and helpful in the process. Then it's time for preparing the offer before last interview with CEO. I've stated my current salary at the beginning and later my expectations after I had better information about the role. Unfortunately the proposed salary was lower than my current one, so there was no offer. In the end I've got rejection email from the HR, that I was not chosen, because there were better candidates.
