Was contacted by an inexperienced recruiter who conducted a 10-minute initial screening. He asked basic questions about previous employment, then informed me about a cognitive and personality test I would need to take. His next steps also included a subsequent interview with the hiring manager. I completed the tests, which do not give you your results, and waited to hear back from the recruiter. I did not hear back for two weeks, no interview with the hiring manager was set up, so I emailed the recruiter multiple times for a status update. Finally, the recruiter replied that 'they've decided to move forward with other candidates.' I still haven't received the results from those tests, or any reason for why I wasn't selected. I do not recommend wasting your time interviewing here.

A Talent Acquisition Partner reached out to me on LinkedIn about an exciting sales opportunity. I provided a few times that week to set up a time to chat. I informed the recruiter that I was available from 9:30am - 3:30am CST on two specific dates. They agree to call me at 9:30am but do not send a calendar invite. I get a call from the recruiter at 8:30am CST as I am dropping off my son to school. I couldn't accept the call, but sent the recruiter a LinkedIn message asking if we could reschedule. That message went unanswered. So did my next two. The recruiter screwed up and called me at the wrong time and then ghosted me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
