Very informal, didn't feel like the appropriate questions were asked. Questions that had no relevancy to the position. No actual attempt to get to know what I can bring to the table.

She called me to set up a interview, and I went in. We talked about kekes and the culture and the work life balance, talked about growing with the company. She acknowledged my experiences and didn't really ask any interview questions.
