1°Long online questionnaire interview with medium level difficulty.
2° Vídeo interview through a website company (video recording)
3° Assessment day Interview in Manchester:
-Around 4 hours interview with 10 interviews. You ask question for each of them.
- SWOT Analysis of a Kelloggs product of your choice.
-They ask you to choose a kelloggs product and sell it to them.
-"In tray" Exercise (prioritise and delegate)
-Finally 1x1 interviewer's (2×1 better were 2 interviewer's)
