The interview process was easy and thorough. We went over commision plans and the benefits of training with Keller Williams. We also toured the office and building and talked about the profit sharing model that KW uses.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
