I had entered in an email address and other contact info on a website when I was looking into getting my real estate license and I was contacted the following day. They asked if I would like to come see the office and sit down for an interview and discuss what the business was like. Since I wasn't able to start right now because I don't have my license, the interview may have been a bit easier but they were still very informative and it was an excellent atmosphere. The employees walking through the office all greeted each other and me and there was certainly a sense of community apparent. I sat down to discuss the offerings of their company and its success for about 30 mins then got a tour of the building which offered all kinds of support. Everyone necessary for a part of the real estate process was located in the building and there was a lot of space available for agents to come and work in the building whether they had their own office or not. After the tour, we went back to the original office and went over the financials aspects of getting started and the exact steps I should take in getting my license. Without having the license, there was no formal agreement on employment but I had the distinct impression they would offer any support I needed to help me get started.

Very professional and interviewer was well prepared. She basically sold me on the company and reaffirmed my research. Interviewed with several brokers but hers stood out with a tour and expectations of me.
