You could literally apply with a blank piece of paper and put your name on it. The turnover of staff is so high, they will offer a job to anyone that expresses any kind of interest. They will sell you a pack of lies in order to rope you in, and then hope that the need to pay your bills is too important for you when you actually realise what you've let yourself in for.

Standard interview with your new site manager. Along with a group exercise asking you to draw a cost of arms. Last for around 3/4 hours. You watch a video about the role and get to ask questions.
