I was called in for an interview by the department manager. He had been doing the job title I was applying for after his last two employees quit in the middle of the day, 3 months prior. I stood there as he worked and talked to me. I had recently came from a different Ken Garff interview at a different location. He ran over the aspects of the job, asked a little bit about myself, and then offered the job to me.
