I attended the walk-in drive conducted by Kensium on May 27, 2026 for the Associate Analyst – QA role. I entered the office around 11:00 AM and was asked to wait for my turn. We were given a QR code to fill out a Google form with details like notice period, current salary, and expected salary. However, after waiting the entire day, I was finally called for the screening round only at around 5:00 PM. During the discussion, I was informed that they could not proceed because their budget matched my current salary and they were not willing to offer beyond that. This could have been communicated much earlier, especially since they had already collected salary details in the morning itself. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete waste of time for candidates. The overall management of the walk-in drive was very poor. There were not enough systems available for assessments, so candidates had to wait until others completed their tests before getting a chance. The process lacked proper planning, punctuality, and candidate consideration. Based on my experience, the company needs significant improvement in interview management, communication, and candidate handling.
