Extremely unprofessional interview process. I was asked before the interview to create a marketing plan based off a creative brief that would take approx. 2-3 hours to complete and would be a big part of the interview. I did so, and it was discussed for maybe 5 minutes… Extremely disappointed as I put a lot of time and effort into it and it was basically discarded immediately. I then had to do an English and Maths test (English I understand, but maths??). Was very strange. I then found out I was unsuccessful as I saw them re-advertise the role on here and Indeed 2 full days before I was contacted. If you are going to make people take 3 hours out of their weekend for a creative assessment and 2 hours of out the work day for an interview (which i had to take off of work) and then not have the decency to contact them is extremely unprofessional.
