The process was in three parts: phone screening, 1 hour long Skype call (both with the same HR person) and interview at their offices with a manager and senior. The interviews by themselves were not very hard, they were more of a friendly talk, nothing very hard, just to see if you had the right mindset for the job. At the end I wasn't offered a position within the company. Kind of a loss of time given that I had to travel from a different country to make the interview in Belgium. Also they required a business outfit for that 1:1 interview. The thing that bummed me the most is that at the end I had to contact them because after 2 weeks, even though they said they'd contact me regardless of the response in one week, they didn't.
