A very long and tedious recruitment process and much too long in my opinion, especially if you are applying to multiple places. After hearing about the day to day work it us a highly demanding job with long hours.

The interview process has been fairly smooth and quick. Business seem keen to get new employee's on board. Process starts with video recording, then mechanical-based exam, followed by assessment centre.
