Hireview interview questions. You have to answer 5 questions and will get 1 minutes to prepare for the answer. Candidates should definitely prepare for the interview because if are not prepared it's going to be difficult to answer.

1>tell about your professional experience regarding this position and about you and what are you passionate about.
2> pick from your resume which experience and role would inspire someone to pursue it and why
3> what motivates you to pursue a career in technical sales and why
4> think that you are hired and what are tge things you need help with from the technical sales manager. And what are the things you don't need any supervision
5> why do you think you are a good fit for this role
One thing I missed in the interview was talk with a real person and at certain point it made me felt who I am taking with and sometimes it's frustrating 🙃 talking about my real life experiences and its been recorded and some one going to judge going back and forth in the video pointing out my mistakes and at certain point its very unfair. I think the person who will judge should also have a real-time judging environment. Candidates will get 1 attempt to record their response and also the person who going to judge should also have 1 attempt to judge the candidate they can't go back and forth to judge the candidate. Hope that make sense

Very odd, one hirevue and then they fly you out to chicago. The chicago process is smooth. One interview and roll play. Great time to practice skills and continue to get better.

The interview process starts with an informational session. After that, you complete a digital interview assessment, and only those who pass move on to a traditional Zoom interview. There are definitely a lot of stages you have to pass to get to the final round.

They may conduct a mock sales conversation where you will have to sell them something. Or they may ask you what you think will be the hardest part of the job.
Good practice for the job, multiple stages involving phone screening with HR, meeting with director, then mock presentation and interview with manager. Make sure to practice discovery questions for the mock presentations to help you understand client needs.
