I applied online. A couple weeks later got a call from HR to schedule an appointment. It was confirmed through an email and another phone call. After getting there first talked to another HR person and then to engineer. Mostly went through my resume, education, talked about cars. Had some basic behavioral questions. Not too stressful. Told me that working at Kia you have to deal with engineers in Korea.
