Very friendly, thorough and respectful I was given an overview of what working with the team would look like. Eventhough I did not answer to the best of my abilities the first time I was given secind chances to answer the questons. They also provide two tasks whic you have to compete and than present. I also felt I was being listened to and taken serously. They did give me the impression they take young voices very seriously.
